LTS Science Teacher

 

Silver Lake Regional High School is looking for a creative high school biology teacher to fill a long term substitute position.

 

The successful candidate will work:

• collaboratively in a department that challenges all students via a rigorous and STEM focused curriculum.
• closely with other biology teachers on the development, implementation, and timing of curriculum units and related projects.

Responsibilities include:

• teaching two sections of Anatomy & Physiology
• three sections of sophomore biology.

This position is not part of any union. Salary is $300.13 per day. This position is expected to last for approximately one month. Because this is a full-time assignment anticipated to last longer than 30 days, a candidate will be eligible for health insurance benefits.
